About Rokurinsha

Introducing Rokurinsha Restaurant, a ramen restaurant that has become a must-visit stop for anyone roaming Tokyo Station with hunger on their mind. Tucked inside Tokyo Ramen Street at Japan, 〒100-0005 Tokyo, Chiyoda City, Marunouchi, 1 Chome−9−1, B1F of Tokyo Station Ichibangai, this spot is famous for bold flavors and a no-nonsense approach to ramen that locals genuinely respect. When people talk about tsukemen in Tokyo, Rokurinsha is usually part of the conversation, and for good reason. The broth leans rich and concentrated, simmered to deliver deep umami in every bite, while the noodles are thick, springy, and designed to hold onto flavor. The vibe is classic ramen restaurant energy, busy, focused, and comforting at the same time, which makes the experience feel authentic rather than overproduced. I like how the ordering process is straightforward, letting the food do the talking without distractions. Rokurinsha works well whether you want to sit down and dine in after a long commute or grab takeaway when time is tight, and delivery options make it even easier to enjoy those signature bowls beyond the station. On-site services are efficient and friendly, keeping things moving even during peak hours, which matters in such a high-traffic area. Pairing ramen with a cold beer is an easy win here, and alcohol options add a relaxed edge for diners who want to slow the pace slightly. What stands out most is consistency, because each visit delivers the same satisfying balance of savory broth, hearty noodles, and carefully prepared toppings. Located right in the heart of Marunouchi, Rokurinsha feels approachable for first-time visitors yet rewarding for repeat fans who know exactly what they’re coming back for, making it a reliable choice for ramen lovers exploring Tokyo Station. It also fits casual solo meals as easily as quick meetups, and the steady rhythm of the kitchen adds confidence that every bowl is treated with care, precision, and respect for tradition.

Come at around 7 pm friday, wait for around 30 mins The tsukemen is worth the hype ! I ordered Tsukemen special with fresh shichimi - It was very delicious. All the topping goes well with the soup. I really liked the fresh shichimi - it added a unique flavor and refreshing taste to the soup. Overall I really enjoyed this ! Would revisit if possible ** Tokyo station is super complex, make sure you exit the right exit or else you need to walk 10 mins more like me lol

When you visit Tokyo Station, you definitely have to try this popular ramen shop! We waited about 15 mins in line and it’s a self-order system. This place is famous for its dipping noodles, so we decided to try two different types. One was spicy, and while it was just okay, the noodles were fantastic - super chewy and delicious! ! Overall, it’s a ramen spot worth checking out!

Even on a weekday morning, there's a line, so you know it's good. The tsukemen is the best seller, and the broth is deep and flavorful. The thicker noodles pair perfectly. I wish the noodles were actually served warm/lukewarm instead of cold. Service was very efficient. You order at the machine before sitting down. Prices were reasonable.

Nestled in the basement of Tokyo Station, along the bustling and iconic Ramen Street, lies one of the city’s most unforgettable tsukemen spots. Though the space is compact, the experience is anything but small. This shop specializes in tsukemen, or dipping ramen, and it’s a masterclass in flavor and texture. The dipping sauce is a rich, umami-laden broth—deeply savory with subtle hints of sweetness and smokiness. It coats the noodles beautifully, elevating each bite into something crave-worthy. The noodles themselves are thick, springy, and perfectly chewy, crafted to hold their own against the bold broth. Despite its limited seating, the restaurant operates with remarkable efficiency. The flow of diners is smooth and systematic, making it easy to get in and out without feeling rushed. It’s a testament to Japanese precision and hospitality. Every time I’m in Tokyo, this ramen shop is a must. It’s not just a meal—it’s a pilgrimage.

A must visit if you love rich, flavorful tsukemen! Even at 8:30 PM, the line at the Tokyo Station Ramen Street branch was about 30 minutes long, totally worth it. Their signature seafood & pork bone dipping broth is salty, thick, and aromatic. On its own it’s heavy, but paired with their ultra thick, springy noodles, it’s just perfect. The broth clings beautifully to the noodles, and the thick cut chashu, soft boiled egg, nori, and green onions make it a hearty and satisfying bowl. Don’t miss the wari soup at the end, diluting the leftover broth into a lighter clear soup is the traditional (and very satisfying) way to finish. I also tried the ramen, which is lighter but still tasty. That said, if you love bold, heavy flavors, the tsukemen is definitely the highlight. Rokurinsha’s tsukemen is truly next level. Worth the wait!

if you're near Tokyo Station, this place is a must-try for a unique ramen experience! The twist here is that you "dip" your ramen into the sauce before eating, and trust me, the sauce is amazing - a bit thick, but super flavorful! If you're looking for a more traditional, soupy ramen, this might not be your cup of tea. We ordered two different menus, and while they were similar, the experience was still enjoyable. one thing to note is that they have a strict policy about ordering - when my boyfriend tried to order for me (after I'd told him what i wanted as i was strolling to snoopy town nearby) the server wouldn't let him, so be prepared to order for yourself? but despite this quirk, i'd definitely recommend giving it a try - it's worth it!

The best Ramen we had on our last day in Japan. We were killing time in Tokyo station when we stumbled upon this place! We waited about 30 minutes to get in, but it was worth it. The staff were efficient and quick, to accommodate for the high turnover rate and the long lines, but we did not feel rushed. It is cash only so keep in mind, but would highly recommend this place.
